LCGC October Meeting - Earth Kind Landscaping

We hope everyone enjoyed the garden walk.  Best weather, great turnout!

Our next meeting will be on Wednesday October 9, 2024    10am - noon

144 Park Ave in League City (located just off Main street, across the street from League Park and white gazebo). Also known as the 'blue' building.

Our guest speaker this month is Galveston County Master Gardener Steve Holliday. Steve will present Texas A & M evidence-based practices for Earth Kind landscaping. Steve will cover how we can reduce water and chemical use on our lawns and gardens while protecting and improving our environment.

Please remember to bring your own water (or beverage) bottle. This is in keeping with our garden pledge to protect the environment by having less disposable products at our meetings. Also, our horticulture table will be open to buy or swap plants and gardening tools, magazines, seeds, and containers.

Thank you to our Hospitality team for this month's refreshments, led by Kathy Dunham.
